I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The location was ideal with easy access to transportation and ski lift. The view from my window was breathtaking and the mattress and pillow were comfortable. The staff were friendly and the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of choices.
Nothing, all aspects of my stay were excellent.

Great cuisine!
They had not a dinner table for us and there was a whole part of restaurant free. But probably it was long away to walk there for waitress. We needed to sit at a small table in the corner...

Nice and clean, good value for money. Rooms are not too large. Looks like there is some refurbishment going on at the hotel.
The hotel staff serving the breakfast was grumpy and not friendly at all (every day of our stay, quite an effort!)

Location to ski area
Rooms very hot and stuffy. Expectations of the hotel gained from the website did not match reality. This is a sister hotel to the spa/hotel next door and resulted in a poorer standard of amenities and customer service.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the ski lift and nearby restaurants. The view from the window was also very nice, with picturesque mountain views to wake up to in the morning. I also appreciated the quality of the pillow and mattress, which made for a comfortable night's sleep.
There were a few negative aspects of my stay. there was no permanent staff at the reception which caused some inconvenience.

We stayed in a cozy and quality hotel close to the ski lift and 5, star restaurant. the view from the window was breathtaking , just perfect for ski enthusiasts. the room was equipped with a comfortable pillow and mattress, making our stay even more pleasant. the bathroom was clean and well, maintained, and the breakfast was scrumptious. We appreciate the facilities, including bus stops and beautiful surroundings within easy reach.
The hotel requires more staff at the reception desk to reduce waiting times.

Our recent stay was comfortable and enjoyable. the room had an amazing view from the window and the pillow and mattress quality was really good. One of the best things about our stay was that the location was perfect. We were able to quickly access the ski lift and the nearby restaurants that had some delicious food!
the blankets provided were small so we had to make do with two blankets.
